Hearfelt Creations Lily of the Block
This is a very exciting and fun project I
made
I used Heartfelt Creations Lily Stamps and
Dies
Supplies I used included 1 3-1/2"
wood block(Michaels)
white card stock
black card stock
Ribbons and Roses paper (Hearfelt Creations)
Sunrise lily stamp and dies set , Sunrise lily
Swirls stamp and Die,
Delightful daisy stamp and Die set,
shaping tools (Hearfelt Creations)
Purple water based paint
glue
hot glue
green print paper
purple ink pad
black ink pad
green ink pad
orange micro beads
A piece of gold ribbon
qtips
Die Cutting machine
The first thing I did was paint the block with
2 coats of purple paint let dry
then cut the print card stock into 5 squares
leaving a 1/4" boarder. Glue the cardstock on 5 sides of the block.
using your white card stock and the black ink
stamp your lily flowers and using the green print paper stamp your leaves. 1
Lily swirl per side and 1 Large lily and 2 Med for the top of block, them 4
leaves. Using your die cut machine cut out flowers and leaves.
cut the centers of flowers with the black card
stock
using your purple ink and qtips color the
flowers using a shading technique.

I used reg glue for the flower bead center and
black centers but I used the hot glue gun for the ribbon and to attach the
flowers to the block
There you have it a Beautiful block
